MAN UP Anybody who watched it knows it was a joke, but it doesn't mean a line wasn't crossed. If my girl made out with a guy while he grabbed her ass and she was grabbing his c0ck, that's too damned far for a "joke". They might be in one of those "open relationships." Since its hollywood that wouldn't surprise me.

At the party for Quincy's hot seller book, Helen is just back from Paris and has decided she wants to get back with Quincy.
Evan had planned on proposing to Nicky at the party but finds out that Quincy is dating his ex-girlfriend.
Changing his mind, Evan goes to Quincy's job and tells him that he thinks he's in love with Nicky, and that she's been seeing another man.
During that conversation, Quincy realizes that 'Mary' is actually Nicky.
Not wanting his male friends to suffer the same fate, he gives them advice on dumping their mates including Phillip, who is trying to break up with his gold-digger girlfriend Rita (Jennifer Esposito).
After his cousin Evan (Morris Chestnut) reads Quincy's book he starts to question his relationship with his girlfriend Nicky (Gabrielle Union).
Breakin' All the Rules was received negatively by critics.
"Breaking all the Rules" looked promising just by having the talented Jamie Foxx in the lead role. The running gag about Nicky resembling Halle Berry runs tired after the second time it's mentioned. Jamie Foxx is about the only pretext for spending almost an hour and a half with this film.
She won an award for sexiest female star or some shyt like that so she was just acting accordingly. I'm not sure if Halle and the white dude are even officially together.
