Manurhin is a trademark used by Chapuis Armes beginning in 1998, and located in Saint-Bonnet-le-Château, France to designate the Manurhin MR73 revolver.Manurhin is also used the designate Manufacture de Machines du Haut-Rhin the original designer and manufacturer of said revolver but who now only manufactures military munitions. During 1998, Chapuis Armes purchased Manurhin, and new revolvers are being manufactured in the new Manufacture d. In August they delivered another 300 for testing, and these were finally given the long awaited acceptance proof, (eagle 88).
"Less desirable" due to the rough machining of the slide, not made by German gunmakers, not made in Germany. The work got rougher the closer to the end of the war.
EDIT: I see thebearpack beat me to the punch, and I missed the fact that it was reblued. I think Spreewerk was on the Spree river in Spandau, which is in Germany.

Guys, I have a cyq (Spreewerke) P38 pistol that I'd like to date. I wouldn't mind adding a Walther made example to the collection at some point, but German guns aren't really a focus for my collection (prices are too crazy), so I doubt I'll go out specifically looking for one.
